Privacy Policy — Toilet Games
Last updated: 12 September 2026
Toilet Games is published by Gunka Studios (info@gunkastudios.com, https://gunkagames.com). This policy explains what the app does with data. It is short because the app does very little.
What we collect
Nothing. We have no servers, no accounts and no analytics backend. We cannot see you play, and we could not identify you if we wanted to.
What stays on your device
The app saves a few things locally, using the standard storage of your phone (SharedPreferences on Android, UserDefaults on iOS):
- your best score for each of the ten games,
- how many games you have finished,
- your sound, music, vibration and language settings.
None of it leaves your device, and all of it disappears when you uninstall the app. There is no backup and no sync.
Advertising
The app is free and shows occasional interstitial ads between games, plus an optional rewarded ad you can choose to watch to double a score. Ads never appear during a game.
Ads are served by Google AdMob. To show them, Google may process technical data such as your IP address, device and app identifiers, and interactions with the ad — for delivery, frequency capping, measurement and fraud prevention. This is described in Google's own policies:
- https://support.google.com/admob/answer/6128543
We request non-personalised ads only. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell or share data with anyone else.
On iOS, the app does not ask for App Tracking Transparency permission, and therefore does not access the advertising identifier (IDFA) or track you across other companies' apps and websites.
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, a consent form from Google's User Messaging Platform appears before any ad is loaded. Your answer is stored by that component on your device.
Children
Toilet Games is not directed at children. It is a general-audience game. We do not knowingly collect anything from anybody, of any age.
Permissions
The app requests no runtime permissions: no camera, no microphone, no location, no contacts, no files. On Android it declares the advertising ID permission, which the ad SDK requires.
Your rights
Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to give you, correct or delete. To remove everything the app has stored, uninstall it. To change your advertising consent in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, open Options → Ad privacy inside the app: it reopens Google's consent form at any time.
For anything related to the data Google processes as an advertising provider, Google's policies above are the right starting point.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and the new version is published at https://gunkagames.com/toilet-games/privacy/
